JAY BATTEN - School Director - Broker - Instructor. Jay Batten has been in the Real Estate Business since 1946. He was formerly with Trump Corporation, ITT Corporation, Sacking Corporation, and currently the Broker of Intenational Realty One and Bay Communities. He has been in the Real Estate School training business since 1960.
LINDA R. MURPHY - Instructor. Linda Murphy has acquired three National Real Estate disignations: CRB (Certified Residential Brokerage Manager), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), and GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute). With 25 years in the Real Estate business and 18 years as a Real Estate Instructor, she brings a wealth of knowledge into the classroom. She actively lists and sells Real Estate in Palm Coast, Florida, where she has lived since 1997. Linda was selected as United Ways Adult Volunteer of the Year in 2003. She serves as President of the Volusia/Flagler NAMI, and is Director of their Outreach Pogram.
RONALD J. RANCONT - Instructor. Ronald Rancont has a Bachelor's Degree in Physics and a Master's Degree in Engineering Administration. He is also a Certified Professional Logistician. He has more than thirty years of experience as a Logistics Engineer and Technical Consultant to Government and the Industry. After retiring in 1999, he moved from the Washington, D.C. area to Palm Coast, Florida. Ron then built a custom home and started a "second career" in Consulting for those from out of state who want to build in Florida but who have not yet moved to Florida. He is a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate and an Instructor, and has been with the school since 2003.
ROBIN ADAMS - School Administrator. Robin Adams is a Licensed Broker in the state of Florida and the state of Georgia. She holds a GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute) and New Homes Specialist Designation. She is originally from East Tennessee but began her Real Estate career in 1996 in the Altanta, Georgia market area. She relocated to Palm Coast, Florida in 2001 and also lists and sells Real Estate in Palm Coast.
